Managing Director & Founder

Noel Creedon

Noel is a highly experienced financial services executive with a proven track record of achievement during the course of a career to date of over 25 years.

During this time he has worked for International Financial PLC’s and also privately owned advisory firms. He has held senior management roles in Bank of Scotland and Halifax in the UK, as well as establishing a regional head office in the Middle East for a large UK insurer. In 2005, he set up Quintas Wealth Management and helped to grow that business to become a leading Irish Financial Services provider.

In 2012, Noel setup iNua Partnership as an expert partner in connecting available capital and strong investment opportunities in different sectors of industry. Using his experience as Director and Board Member of a UK hotel group and with the help of a team of dedicated hotel management professionals, Noel’s first move was to take advantage of the future upside in the Irish hotel sector by launching iNua Hospitality. Having identified the significant growth opportunities in a rapidly changing Irish healthcare landscape, Noel lead the creation of a nursing home investment vehicle and assembled a first class medical and commercial team capable of understanding, engaging and delivering optimal returns its investors & each of its stakeholders.

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Fitzgerald

Paul is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record of achievement during the course of a 20-year career.

During this time he has held a variety of Senior roles across Finance, IT, Operations and Trading Functions in various industries most recently the FMCG Sector. Paul holds a BComm from University College Cork and qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC with extensive exposure, including industry based secondments, across a range of sectors in both Ireland and the UK during his time there. Such sectoral exposures included Healthcare, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitality and Financial Services.

He has particular competencies in commercial insight/analysis, strategy formulation and project management. He has had major exposure to complex sales and channel strategies, market segmentation analysis and vertical industries such as Retail, Wholesale and FMCG. He is a leader who has demonstrated an ability to build a team, set goals, measure outcomes and deliver results. Paul has a proven ability to develop strategic level relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders and suppliers and enjoys a challenging entrepreneurial environment.

Eamon Ryan 20141

Company Advisor/Head of Strategy

Eamon Ryan

Since 2008, Eamon Ryan has been a Board Director of Celestica Inc, a multinational electronics manufacturing services company (listed on both Toronto Stock Exchange & New York Stock Exchange) that are headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Generating an annual revenue of circa $6 billion, Celestica employ 30,000 people worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Eamon spent 22 years at IBM Canada, where he was Director of Operations for their Public Sector and also held a number of sales and marketing roles in their Office Products and Large Systems divisions. He the former Vice President and General Manager, EMEA for Lexmark International Inc, a manufacturer of laser printers that are headquartered in Kentucky, USA and employ more than 13,000 people worldwide.

Eamon’s role is key to supporting the development of iNua Partnership. He provides guidance and assistance, using his vast experience with the aforementioned companies. Eamon assists in the identification of opportunities, the strategic direction and raising the visibility of the iNua brand internationally.

Executive Assistant

Nicole Canty

Nicole graduated from Cork Institute of Technology in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and went on to work for Allied Irish Bank in Dublin in the credit control department. In 2012, she moved back to Cork to work for one of the world’s largest investment companies, Bank of New York Mellon. She brings financial administrative experience having worked in a fast pace environment for and on behalf of top international clients. Nicole now works closely with Noel Creedon and the Board of Directors.
