Noel is a highly experienced financial services executive with a proven track record of achievement during the course of a career to date of over 25 years.
During this time he has worked for International Financial PLC’s and also privately owned advisory firms. He has held senior management roles in Bank of Scotland and Halifax in the UK, as well as establishing a regional head office in the Middle East for a large UK insurer. In 2005, he set up Quintas Wealth Management and helped to grow that business to become a leading Irish Financial Services provider.
In 2012, Noel setup iNua Partnership as an expert partner in connecting available capital and strong investment opportunities in different sectors of industry. Using his experience as director and board member of a UK hotel group and with the help of a team of dedicated hotel management professionals, iNua Hospitality was created with the objective of taking advantage of the future upside in the Irish Hospitality sector.
Originally from County Kerry, John has over twenty years’ experience as a Financial Controller/CFO in a broad range of business sectors, including the hotel and leisure Industry. During this time he has worked with a number of leading Irish companies and entrepreneurs and has extensive experience in the implementation of new processes and systems that drive value.
John’s professional career began with an accountancy firm, where he managed the accounts of provincial hotels. Year’s later and after developing a competence in liaising with banks to secure adequate working capital and finance for capital investment at competitive rates, John negotiated and arranged tax based finance for the purchase and development of three hotels on behalf of Randles Group. During his tenure, the Group saw substantial growth thanks to a major capital investment programme, with revenues more than doubling and with profitability exceeding this growth multiple. He was also successful in securing Irish Development Authority (IDA) grant aid for the acquisition, consolidation and development of a number of assets.
In his career to date, John has overseen the successful sale of two Irish distribution companies and in 2005, he played a key role as part of the Stockbyte Group team responsible for the $135 million sale of the company to Getty Images, a NYSE quoted company with $6 billion market value. John also devised an effective investment strategy for Kilmackillogue Capital, the investment vehicle of the then CEO of Stockbyte and managed the compliance for a host of associated subsidiary companies on a legal, tax and audit basis.
John’s overall expertise, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions, both from the commercial side in negotiating purchase price and terms and also in the crucial transition stage to new owners, is of huge benefit to iNua Hospitality.
Sean O’Driscoll is responsible for the overall operation of the award winning 5 star Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, Killarney, Co Kerry. Having studied Hotel & Catering Management in Galway Institute of Technology, Sean worked with The Intercontinental Hotel Group in Geneva, before coming back to Ireland to work as General Manager in a number of leading Irish hotels, including Great Southern Hotel Group (Dublin, Galway & Parknasilla) & The Brehon.
Sean has served as Chairman of the Kerry Branch of the Hotel Federation for two terms & was a member of the County Tourism board for 4 years, chairing the county marketing committee. He was also elected National President of SKAL International Republic of Ireland (International Association of Travel & Tourism Professionals) at the National Convention in Cork in March 2015.
As part of iNua Hospitality senior management team, Sean reports directly to Noel Creedon on behalf of the board and advises iNua in reviewing acquisition opportunities, transitioning of new properties into the portfolio and overseeing all operational aspects of iNua’s hotels to ensure best practice and optimum performance.
Based in Dublin, David is a veteran of the investment management industry and his expertise range from portfolio management, asset management, funds administration to custodial services, private client and wealth management.
He recently retired from Ulster Bank where he worked in a variety of roles across Ireland for the past 25 years. From 2000, he was a Director of the Bank’s private client and Wealth Management divisions.He was also a senior member of Ulster Bank Investment Managers, where he was Director of Fixed Income and a member of the investment policy committee.As a Director of Ulster Bank Investment Services, David was a founding member of the Dublin Funds Industry Association (renamed IFIA) and was a regular speaker and participant at industry seminars and conferences. As a Non-Executive Director of iNua Hospitality, David’s role is to ensure that best practice in investment management is adopted at all times.
Since 2008, Eamon Ryan has been a Board Director of Celestica Inc, a multinational electronics manufacturing services company (listed on both Toronto Stock Exchange & New York Stock Exchange) that are headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Generating an annual revenue of circa $6 billion, Celestica employ 30,000 people worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Eamon spent 22 years at IBM Canada, where he was Director of Operations for their Public Sector and also held a number of sales and marketing roles in their Office Products and Large Systems divisions. He the former Vice President and General Manager, EMEA for Lexmark International Inc, a manufacturer of laser printers that are headquartered in Kentucky, USA and employ more than 13,000 people worldwide.
