Irish-based wealth management consultancy iNua, headed by Noel Creedon, announced their latest hotel acquisition after purchasing the Radisson Blu Hotel in Limerick weeks after acquiring Cork’s Radisson Blu Hotel. The company paid €3.5 million for the four-star Limerick hotel which was sold by Kirsty Rothwell of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald on the instructions of joint receivers Kieran Wallace and Niall Macklin. It has 154 bedrooms and is on 20 acres of grounds a few miles from Thomond Park, home to Munster rugby.
